What is a Gift?+

A Gift is a private future message—beginning with video—that you create for someone you love and schedule for the moment you choose.

Does the $49 vault include Gifts?+

Yes. Your one-time vault setup includes your first five Gifts, up to five minutes each, plus your first year of Legacy Protection.

Why is there a $4.99 yearly Legacy Fee?+

Legacy Protection helps keep each active family member profile secure, maintained, monitored, and ready for future delivery. It is explained before purchase and renews yearly. You can cancel online from your Family Vault.

Can I change or cancel a delivery?+

Yes. The sender can update recipient details, reschedule, cancel, delete, or re-record a Gift before delivery.

Can RememberMeVault staff watch my recordings?+

Private Gifts are stored outside public access and protected by recipient verification. Staff support accounts and delivery without casually viewing family recordings. Privacy is a core product requirement, not an afterthought.

What happens if I cancel Legacy Protection?+

Future deliveries pause immediately. A 60-day safeguard period begins, and we send reminders before permanent deletion so your family has time to renew or preserve what matters.

What happens if a delivery email bounces?+

The sender is notified and invited to update the loved one’s contact information so the system can try again.
