1. The service
RememberMeVault is operated by Created Cafe, LLC. The service lets adults create, store, schedule, and deliver private video messages called Gifts. Delivery depends on accurate recipient details, a supported email provider, an active Vault, and continued operation of the service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You may upload only content you have the right and permission to preserve and share. You may not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
3. Pricing and renewal
The $49 Family Vault setup includes five Gifts of up to five minutes and the first year of Legacy Protection. Unless canceled, Legacy Protection renews automatically at $4.99 per year for each active Family Member profile. Add-on packs provide five additional Gift spaces at the price and duration displayed during purchase. Charges appear as RMVCREATED.
4. Cancellation, refunds, and deletion
You may cancel Legacy Protection from your Family Vault. Cancellation stops future scheduled delivery, begins a 60-day safeguard period, and starts the deletion process. Reminder emails are sent before permanent deletion. Purchases are non-refundable after signup or fulfillment except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing error occurred.
5. Delivery and recipient responsibility
We use reasonable care to deliver Gifts at the selected time, but cannot guarantee delivery when email addresses are inaccurate, messages are blocked, providers are unavailable, laws prevent delivery, or events beyond reasonable control occur. Recipients should download Gifts they wish to keep. A recipient’s confirmation that a Gift was safely saved may begin deletion of the hosted copy.
6. Privacy and security
We use safeguards designed to protect Gifts, but no online system can promise absolute security or permanent availability. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how service providers assist us, and how deletion works.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, secure, and deliver it according to your instructions. We do not sell family data or use private Gifts for advertising.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible. Questions may be sent to our contact form or info@remembermevault.com.
